The woodland itself
A forest people can walk.
Restoration is not complete if nobody can enter it. Trails will be drawn with the planting plan—foot and bicycle only—so people can be in the woodland as it grows, and wildlife can return to a living place rather than a closed plot.
The path is in the plan.
Once land is secured, the trail line is marked as woodland is planted—part of the forest from the first season, not cut through later.
No engines in the trees.
People visit by walking or cycling. The woodland is for quiet passage, not a road, a car park, or a managed exhibit.
Habitat comes back.
Cover and food bring life back. You might encounter it because you are in its place—not because it is displayed.
